FAQs

  • We determine your testing needs from our assessment during your initial consultation.  This may include testing through blood, urine, saliva and stool. 
    Our test library includes tests like:
    Cortisol, Thyroid and Sex Hormones, Comprehensive Stool Analysis (GI MAP),
    Micronutrients (HTMA or RBC),
    Organic Acids Testing,
    Environmental Toxins (heavy metals, mold, toxic chemicals).

  • We are happy to review any previous testing results as part of your Assessment. We will provide you with a place to upload these results with your initial onboarding forms. We also recommend updated labs, as the body changes every 30- 90 days.

  • Unfortunately, We do not accept insurance.

  • Our approach is integrative and individualized. We do not use band aid or cookie cutter approaches. With testing, we identify your underlying imbalances, then use nutrition, lifestyle, and energy healing as the tool to support your journey towards optimal health. Our process breaks each step of your treatment into doable bite-sized steps to continuously build upon each other as your body heals. We ensure you have comprehensive support and guidance along the way.
